Recognition Awards

OPGA Recognition Awards for Excellence.

The OPGA is committed to those serving elderly persons with mental health needs. It is with enthusiasm this year that we announce the launch of the OPGA Recognition Awards for Excellence.

The OPGA Recognition Awards embody the organization’s vision of being the leading voice for those serving elderly persons with mental health needs across Ontario, through Leadership, Networking, Partnership, Education & Support, and Advocacy. OPGA wishes to recognize individuals and teams who have shown commitment to the care of older persons with mental health needs and have demonstrated exceptional skills in the areas of advocacy, service excellence, and/or leadership.

Award recipients will be recognized at the 2010 OPGA Annual Conference. They will receive $500 along with a complementary OPGA one-year membership and Conference Registration.
